تانگ اصیل On the dorsum of the hand, at the junction of the first and second metacarpal bones, in the angle between the two bones; the needle is pressed against the bone.
شجرهٔ چوانمین وانگ Proximal to LI4, in the hollow where the bases of the first and second metacarpals meet; the Wang lineage stresses that the point is "on the bone" and is usually paired with Dabai (22.04).
eLotus In the Tung tradition Linggu may be a reactive area rather than a fixed coordinate; sources differ on its exact location.
Functions
Tonifies Lung and Large Intestine qi, moves qi and blood through the whole body, relieves pain.
Indications
Low back pain and sciatica (contralateral), leg pain, headache, facial paralysis, shoulder pain, lung diseases.

Critical Contraindicated in pregnancy (like LI4).
Technique
Needle 1–2 cun against the bone; Dao Ma with Dabai (22.04).
Diagnosis
Reaction area: Lung, Kidney (five-zang system).
