Diagnosis
By location (channel): frontal ST/yangming, temporal GB/shaoyang, occipital BL/taiyang, vertex LR/jueyin.
Symptoms
Headache, migraine.
Treatment order
Distal points first, then local by channel.
Technique
Needling; bloodletting at EX-HN5 in an acute attack.
Frequency
Prevention: weekly, 8–12 sessions.
