- Steps
- Find the tender point with a probe → disinfect → 0.2 cun needle or seed tape → the patient presses several times a day; change every 3–5 days.

- Indications
- Pain, insomnia, addiction, appetite control.
- Contraindications
- Ear infection or wound, pregnancy (uterus points), tape allergy.
